Job Title: IT Trainer

Job Summary

KK Educational and Rural Development Society is seeking a dedicated Computer Trainer to deliver high-quality training to DDU-GKY candidates. The trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom and practical sessions, maintaining training records, assessing student performance, and supporting placement activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on Computer Fundamentals, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, Email, and Digital Literacy.
- Train DDU-GKY candidates according to the approved curriculum and training guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Maintain attendance records, training documentation, and student progress reports.
- Conduct assessments, practical evaluations, and mock interviews.
- Provide soft-skills and employability training to students.
- Support certification, placement, and post-placement activities.
- Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY standards, policies,



and reporting requirements.
- Monitor student performance and provide guidance and mentoring.
- Coordinate with center management regarding training schedules and student progress.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, BCA, B.Sc. (Computers), B.Tech, or an equivalent qualification.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office applications, Internet usage, and computer hardware/software fundamentals.
- Solid communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Prior training or teaching experience is preferred.
