About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance professional to independently manage electrical maintenance activities across our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for plant electrical reliability, breakdown control, preventive maintenance, team supervision and ensuring uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Take charge of overall electrical maintenance activities across the factory.
- Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and electrical equipment.
- Handle troubleshooting of industrial motors, control panels, MCC, PCC, VFDs, drives and electrical distribution systems.
- Ensure reliable functioning of electrical equipment, furnaces, cranes, compressors and other plant utilities.
- Monitor machine downtime, identify recurring electrical problems and implement corrective measures.
- Supervise and guide electricians, technicians and maintenance staff.
- Plan electrical maintenance schedules, manpower requirements and critical spare availability.
- Coordinate with Production and Mechanical Maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Support electrical installation, commissioning, modification and capacity expansion projects.
- Ensure electrical safety, statutory compliance and proper maintenance records.

Required Skills





- Strong hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Positive knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, motors, MCC/PCC panels, VFDs and industrial control systems.
- Experience in handling plant breakdowns and preventive maintenance independently.
- Ability to manage maintenance teams and improve equipment reliability.
- Good troubleshooting, planning and coordination skills.

Eligibility

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, foundry, steel, fabrication or heavy engineering industries.
- Experience in independently managing electrical maintenance operations in a manufacturing plant is preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates who have handled electrical maintenance teams and have strong practical exposure to heavy industrial machinery and plant utilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
