Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to join our team as a Partnering with Teaching Professionals Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with teaching professionals. This role involves managing the end-to-end process of partnering with educators, ensuring seamless collaboration, and supporting the delivery of high-quality educational content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with teaching professionals, educators, and academic institutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships to foster collaboration.
- Onboarding and Training: Coordinate the onboarding process for new teaching partners. Provide training and support to ensure they understand our platform, standards, and expectations.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of collaboration with teaching professionals. Manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Content Coordination: Work with teaching professionals to develop, review, and refine educational content. Ensure content aligns with curriculum standards and meets the needs of our audience.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for teaching professionals.



Facilitate explicit and effective communication, addressing any questions or concerns

promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of teaching professionals and the quality of the educational content delivered. Implement feedback and improvement processes.
- Resource Management: Provide necessary resources and support to teaching

professionals to enhance their teaching experience. Coordinate the provision of teaching materials, technology, and other required tools.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from teaching professionals and students to identify areas for improvement. Implement changes to enhance the partnership experience and educational outcomes.
- Channel Partners: Partnering with Channel partners to market our courses.
- Research: Researching about upcoming and new course offerings.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience. Freshers can also apply.
- Proficiency : In Microsoft Office, Project Management, Negotiation Skills.
