About the Role

We are hiring a Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with our founder on strategy, operations and special projects across the agency.

What You Will Do

- Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings, follow-ups and priorities as an Executive Assistant
- Prepare decks, MIS reports, trackers and meeting notes
- Research markets, competitors and new growth opportunities for clients and the agency
- Coordinate with creative, performance, HR and sales teams to drive projects to closure
- Support hiring, client onboarding and internal process improvements

Who You Are

- Final-year student or fresher (BBA/MBA/any graduate) with strong business sense
- Excellent written and spoken English and structured thinking
- Robust with Google Workspace/Excel/PowerPoint; comfortable with AI tools
- Highly organised, proactive and able to handle confidential information
