Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Executive who will manage the organization’s financial health, strengthen cashflow processes, and prepare the business for fundraising and investor engagement. The role also includes coordination of essential legal and government registrations to make the company eligible for grants, schemes, and Start-up ecosystem benefits.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage financial operations, cash flow, compliance, fundraising readiness, and investor coordination while ensuring smooth day-to-day finance and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cash flow, MIS reports, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital requirements.
- Maintain books of accounts, inventory records, and financial reports in Tally ERP 9.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns, ensuring timely compliance.




- Support fundraising activities by preparing financial projections, investor documents, and due diligence materials.
- Coordinate with investors, banks, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Handle registrations and compliances such as Start-up India, MSME, and other statutory requirements.
- Research and apply for government grants, subsidies, and financial schemes.
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
- Assist in process improvements, internal controls, and other finance-related administrative activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, MIS, and financial reporting.
- Hand on experience on fundraising activities, investor relations and government schemes. (Preferred)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
