About the Company

We are looking for a responsible, mature, and dedicated professional to manage our day-to-day Amazon e-commerce backend operations and inventory coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Amazon Account Management
- Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central backend operations.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings.
- Manage product images, descriptions, titles, and listing information.
- Monitor listing status and resolve basic account-related issues.
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate records of finished product stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify low-stock products.
- Coordinate stock updates and maintain inventory reports.
- Ensure proper stock planning to avoid stock shortages.
- Raw Material & Supplier Coordination
- Communicate with suppliers through professional emails.
- Check and follow up on raw material availability.
- Coordinate raw material requirements and purchase updates.
- Maintain proper communication records with suppliers.
- Amazon PPC & Advertising (Additional Responsibility)
- Assist in managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Monitor advertising performance and campaign reports.
- Support advertising optimization and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualities





- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Must be comfortable communicating professionally through email.
- Positive computer knowledge and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Mature, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Good follow-up skills and a problem-solving attitude.
- Must be interested in a stable, long-term association with the company.

Important Note

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
