Snap Solutions is hiring an experienced Accountant to work from home. Candidates from Malad or nearby areas (Goregaon, Kandivali, Borivali) are preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: Up to Rs. 1,80,000 per annum (up to Rs. 15,000 per month), based on experience
Working hours: Flexible
What you'll do:
- Create and send GST-compliant invoices to clients
- Maintain day-to-day books: sales, purchases and expenses
- Track payments received and pending, and follow up on dues
- Reconcile bank statements
- Help with GST returns and keep records for audit
- Prepare monthly reports in Excel
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Robust working knowledge of Tally
- Advanced Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, reports)
- Understanding of GST, TDS and invoicing
- Knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) is a big plus
- B.Com / M.Com preferred
- Own laptop and a reliable internet connection
- Accurate, organised and able to work on your own
