Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Steel & Metal Furniture Manufacturing Unit at Mudipu Industrial Area, Mangalore.

The ideal candidate should have strong manufacturing expertise, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to manage factory operations efficiently while ensuring productivity, quality, cost control, and timely production.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
- Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise and coordinate manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, bending, powder coating, and finishing.
- Manage manpower allocation, workforce productivity, and shift operations.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards.
- Monitor raw materials, inventory, machinery, and production costs.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery,



equipment, and factory infrastructure.
- Implement workplace safety standards and maintain factory discipline.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Management for smooth operations.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in steel fabrication, metal furniture, manufacturing will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to lead and manage factory teams.
- Valuable problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle factory operations independently.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
