Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management

- Manage domestic and international courier operations.
- Monitor daily pickups, dispatches, transit and deliveries.
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain service quality.
- Monitor shipment tracking and delivery performance.

2. Team Management

- Manage branch managers, hub supervisors, delivery staff and operations executives.
- Set daily targets and monitor employee performance.
- Conduct regular operational review meetings.

3. Customer Service

- Handle escalated customer complaints.
- Ensure timely resolution of missing, delayed and damaged shipments.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention.

4.. MIS & Performance Monitoring

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor delivery percentage, pending shipments, RTO and customer complaints.
- Control operational expenses and improve profitability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
