We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee construction activities, manage project teams, ensure timely project completion, and control overall operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor all ongoing construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors.
- Manage manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
- Monitor project expenses, BOQ, estimation, and billing.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Ensure construction quality and safety standards.
- Handle project documentation and progress reports.
- Coordinate with government departments and authorities.
- Report project progress and operational performance to management.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in PWD and government construction projects.




- Knowledge of PWD tendering and contract procedures.
- Exposure to BOQ, RA Bills, Measurement Books (MB), and final billing.

Eligibility

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
