Nurvi Foundation is looking for enthusiastic, target-driven Donor Relations Associates to be the public face of our mission. Looking for an immediate start in direct marketing, donor acquisition, and public communication? We are hiring full-time Field Outreach & Donor Relations Associates. Fresh graduates from all streams are eligible

No prior fundraising experience is required. We provide full, hands-on training in public engagement, public speaking, negotiation, and donor stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Community Engagement: Interact directly with potential donors, supporters, and the general public at high-footfall locations, residential hubs, and curated awareness kiosks.
- Campaign & Fund Generation: Present our projects clearly, address queries, and inspire people to make recurring or one-time contributions toward our cause.
- Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for the organization, maintaining professionalism, transparency, and enthusiasm in all interactions.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily donor pledges, contact details, and visitor feedback for the outreach manager.
- Target Achievement:



Collaborate with the outreach team to meet daily and weekly campaign outreach goals.

What We Are Looking For

- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Communication: Confident communicator in [Local Language, e.g., Telugu/Hindi] and conversational English.
- Field Readiness: Comfortable with local travel, outdoor outreach, and engaging recent people face-to-face.
- Mindset: Positive attitude, resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn sales and relationship management skills.
- Prior Experience: Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply. Prior volunteer experience, student council participation, or public-facing college roles is a plus.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
