- Social Media Account Management: Independently manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media accounts across all company publications and brands.
- Content Calendar Planning: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly content calendars for each publication, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Write engaging captions, post descriptions, headlines, hashtags, and promotional content aligned with each brand's audience and tone.
- Creative Coordination: Assign design requirements to graphic designers, provide clear creative briefs, follow up on progress, and ensure creatives are delivered before scheduled posting deadlines.
- Independent Creative Execution: Create basic social media graphics, stories, carousels, and promotional posts using Canva or other design tools whenever required.
- Timely Content Publishing: Ensure all planned posts, stories, reels, news updates, magazine announcements, and client features are published on time.
- News & Trending Content: Monitor relevant industry news, business developments, trending topics, and important announcements to identify content opportunities for different publications.
- Magazine & Client Promotions: Publish magazine covers, interviews, digital PR features, advertisements, client announcements, and sponsored content according to committed schedules.




- LinkedIn Management: Develop skilled, business-focused content for LinkedIn, including executive features, leadership insights, corporate announcements, and publication updates.
- Instagram Management: Maintain visually consistent Instagram feeds, stories, highlights, reels, and engagement activities across multiple accounts.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions, responding or escalating inquiries when required.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate social media campaigns for magazine launches, awards, events, media features, and promotional initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track account growth, reach, impressions, engagement, and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, editorial teams, and the Operations Manager to ensure smooth content execution.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports, content publishing updates, and account growth summaries.
