We are looking for an experienced Boatyard Electrician to install, maintain and repair electrical equipment and systems used in boatyard operations, vehicles and marine-related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain and repair electrical equipment, including grinders, compressors and drills.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment, vehicles and diesel engines.
- Work with AC/DC systems and single-phase and three-phase wiring.
- Carry out basic servicing of company vehicles, including oil and filter changes and vehicle washing.
- Use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters, insulation testers and clamp meters.
- Handle electrical work involving marine lighting, navigation systems, pumps and control circuits.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and lockout/tagout practices.
- Work safely in confined spaces and around vessels.
- Coordinate with the team and independently identify and resolve electrical faults.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Previous experience in a boatyard,



garage, vehicle maintenance or electrical repair environment.
- Practical knowledge of AC/DC systems and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with engine electrical systems and auxiliary equipment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical testing tools and equipment.
- Understanding of electrical safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Electrical trade certification is preferred.
- Experience in vessel commissioning or refit work is an added advantage.
