Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage high-volume recruitment, and a passion for identifying and hiring the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
- Make approximately 100 calls daily to connect with potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for timely feedback.




- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve monthly joining targets of 7–8 candidates.

Skills and Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a target-driven environment.
- Proactive approach, strong follow-up skills, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment will be an advantage.
