Total Station Surveyor – Building Construction

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Total Station Surveyor for a large-scale residential building construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out surveying and setting-out works using Total Station and Auto Level.
- Establish and verify grid lines, coordinates, benchmarks, and reference levels.
- Perform layout marking for foundations, footings, columns, shear walls, beams, and slabs.
- Ensure accurate alignment, verticality, levels, and dimensions of structural elements.
- Conduct as-built surveys and maintain accurate survey records.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and execution teams.
- Verify survey measurements against approved structural and architectural drawings.




- Ensure accuracy of survey instruments and periodic calibration.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multistorey residential or commercial building construction.
- Proficiency in operating Total Station, Auto Level, and related surveying equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Experience in high-rise building layout and setting-out works preferred.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in large-scale residential building projects and immediate joining availability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
