Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with valuable knowledge of accounting, Tally, GST, and bank reconciliation to manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries, purchase/sales invoices, and payment records using Tally.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
- Assist in GST calculations, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation, and reconciliation.
- Understand the basic application of CGST, SGST, and IGST.
- Assist in TDS calculations and reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain records of payments, receipts, expenses,



and outstanding balances.
- Reconcile sales, collections, and bank deposits.

Required Skills

- 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Understanding of CGST, SGST, and IGST applicability.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- SAP Business One knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
