- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days/week)
- Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Position Overview

The Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting functions, daily financial transactions, compliance, and ledger management for STEELFIT. This role requires hands-on experience in Tally Accounting Software, GST/TDS filings, and financial reporting to maintain accurate financial health and compliance at our Banjara Hills office in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Core Accounting & Tally: Maintain daily vouchers, ledger entries, receivables, payables, and general ledger accounts using Tally Accounting Software.
- Taxation & Compliance with an Auditor: Handle GST computation, GST return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS deduction, deposit, and quarterly TDS returns.
- Bank Reconciliation & Vendor Payments: Reconcile monthly bank accounts, track vendor invoices, process timely disbursements, and handle petty cash operations.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate monthly staff salaries, leaves,



and process timely salary disbursements.
- Financial Reporting & Advanced Excel: Prepare monthly P&L; statements, cash flow reports, and financial trackers using Advanced MS Excel.
- Audit & Documentation: Maintain complete physical and digital accounting files for internal tracking and annual audit readiness.
- Daily Operations: Desktop reporting and communication via MS Word, Excel, Tally, and WhatsApp.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/MBA (B.Com / BBA/MBA Finance)

Age Above 24 years

Experience 1+ years of relevant experience in Accounting

Software Skills Tally Accounting Software (Mandatory), Advanced MS Excel

Accounting Skills GST & TDS filing, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll processing

Languages Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
