Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day BPO operations and process delivery.

Lead and manage team leaders and associates.

Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality.

Handle client coordination and operational escalations.

Ensure process compliance and achieve business targets.

Drive team performance and process improvements.

Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills

5–8 years of BPO operations experience.

Insurance or BFSI domain experience is mandatory.

Solid team management and leadership skills.

Good knowledge of SLA, KPI, and quality metrics.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹62,500.00 per month
