Job Description – Staff Nurse (OT)

Department: Operation Theatre (OT)

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

Experience: 2–5 years (OT experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare the operation theatre before and after surgeries.
- Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Maintain OT instruments, equipment and surgical supplies.
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection control practices.
- Monitor patient condition before, during and after surgery.
- Maintain OT records and documentation.
- Follow hospital protocols and patient safety standards.

Job Description – Staff Nurse (Ward)

Department: General Ward

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

Experience: 1–3 years (Hospital experience preferred)





Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care to admitted patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.
- Maintain patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure patient hygiene, comfort and safety.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff.
- Follow infection control and hospital protocols.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
