Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, schedule, and manage monthly content calendars.
2. Post engaging content daily and monitor audience engagement.
3. Create on-brand visuals and graphics using Canva.
4. Write compelling captions, hooks and social copy.
5. Organize workflow and SOPs in Notion.
6. Use Claude AI for ideation, drafts and research.
7. Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates.
8. Collaborate with the creative team and contribute ideas to improve social media strategy and content quality.
9. Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats.
10. Collaborate with influencers and external partners for campaigns.
