Responsibilities:
- Install and service printers, photocopiers, and multifunction machines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Perform routine maintenance and support visits
- Ensure timely completion of service requests
- Maintain service reports and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or technical background preferred
- Basic knowledge of printers and office automation products
- Willingness to travel for service visits
- Positive technical and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience in photocopier or printer servicing
Pay: From ₹9,333.88 per month
