Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and passionate Hair Trainer to educate, train, and develop hair professionals in the latest hairdressing techniques, trends, and industry standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver practical and theoretical training effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on professional hairdressing techniques.
- Train team members in hair cutting, styling, blow-drying, colouring, highlighting, and hair treatments.
- Demonstrate advanced hair techniques and the latest industry trends.
- Educate trainees about hair types, textures, scalp conditions, and appropriate hair care products.
- Provide guidance on product knowledge, application methods, and professional usage.
- Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop training modules, lesson plans, and skill-development programs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism during training.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, products, and industry developments.
- Support team members in improving their technical skills, confidence, and customer service.




- Conduct assessments and practical demonstrations to measure learning progress.

Skills & Qualifications

- Professional certification or diploma in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in professional hairdressing and hair training.
- Strong knowledge of hair cutting, colouring, styling, and treatment techniques.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain and demonstrate techniques effectively.
- Good leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the hairdressing industry, preferably with prior training or mentoring experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
