About the Role

DigitalVia Technologies is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) Team Leader to lead and mentor the sales team, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in B2B sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Business Development team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and referrals.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.




- Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Handle client escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good negotiation and closing abilities.
- Target-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Content Marketing, and Branding.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, with leadership responsibilities preferred.
- Experience in the Digital Marketing industry will be an added advantage.
