Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall hotel operations and daily activities.
- Supervise all departments and ensure smooth coordination.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline and performance.
- Control operational costs, inventory and expenses.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Head Office for operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of hotel operations experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in resort or hill-station operations preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
