Hyderabad / Remote / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Manual QA Tester with experience in US Healthcare applications and web-based testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis, test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and ensuring high-quality software releases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and execute test cases for Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Perform end-to-end testing of web applications and healthcare workflows.
• Validate data using SQL queries and backend database testing.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners. Required Skills




• 2-3 years of Manual Testing experience with SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Experience in US Healthcare domain is required.
• Knowledge of Claims, Provider, Member, Eligibility, Benefits, Authorizations and Finance module.
• EDI Transactions (837, 835, 834, 270/271 and 276/277)
• Robust SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Strong experience in Web Application Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Good-to-Have Skills
• Automation testing experience (Selenium/TestNG/Katalon or similar frameworks).
• Java programming knowledge.
• API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted development/testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar productivity tools.
