The Executive will lead the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategy for the Domestic BFSI Inbound team, ensuring seamless contract creation, execution, and compliance. This position collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders, optimizes processes, and leverages technology to enhance operational efficiency and risk management within the financial services sector. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement CLM policies and procedures tailored to domestic BFSI inbound workflows.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and business teams to ensure contract accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor contract performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, from drafting to renewal and termination.
• Facilitate stakeholder training on CLM tools and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks through proactive analysis.
• Oversee integration of CLM software with existing enterprise systems.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on contract status and KPIs.




• Support audit readiness by maintaining comprehensive contract documentation.
• Drive automation opportunities to reduce manual processing time. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management within BFSI domain.
• Strong understanding of domestic banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, Conga, DocuSign).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Project management experience with a track record of delivering process improvements.
