Sharepoint Online and Connectors and custom connectors​ Knowledge of PowerQuery / PowerBI to implement Automation in Excel spreadsheets ​ ​ Mandatory technical & functional skills​ Design and develop scalable solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).​ Build complex workflows and enterprise automations using Power Automate.​ Design and maintain Dataverse data models, tables, relationships, and security structures.​ Integrate Power Platform solutions with: ​ SharePoint​ Microsoft 365​ Teams​ Outlook​ Third-party applications​ Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.​ Optimise existing applications and automation processes for performance and reliability.​ Implement governance, security, and best practices across Power Platform environments.​ Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.​ Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and citizen developers.​ Support solution deployments, testing, and production releases.​ Key behavioural attributes/requirements​ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.​ Experience working in Agile project environments.​
