• Support annual salary review, merit increase, promotion, and compensation planning processes.
• Analyze employee compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Develop compensation reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Assist in evaluating the financial impact of proposed compensation changes. 3. Sales Incentive & Variable Pay Analysis
• Support the administration and analysis of sales incentive and performance-based compensation programs.
• Assist in calculating incentive payouts based on achievement against performance targets.
• Analyze incentive effectiveness,



payout trends, and cost implications.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Payroll teams to validate incentive data. 4. Global Total Rewards Support
• Assist in compensation-related projects across multiple countries.
• Research global compensation practices, statutory requirements, and emerging reward trends.
• Support the evaluation of employee advantages and Total Rewards programs.
• Participate in projects focused on improving compensation processes and employee experience. 5. Data Analytics & Process Improvement
• Work with large datasets to identify compensation trends and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based models, reports, and dashboards.
• Support automation and standardization of compensation reporting.
• Assist in improving data accuracy, process efficiency, and documentation.
