Job Summary
The Senior Technology Engineer is responsible for the design, configuration, support, enhancement, and optimization of the (ETRM) platform. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, traders, risk management teams, operations, and technology teams to ensure efficient delivery of Endur solutions that support front, middle, and back-office business processes. The position provides advanced functional and technical expertise in Endur, drives solution design, leads complex projects, supports production operations, and mentors junior analysts while ensuring system stability, scalability, and compliance.

Required Qualifications
Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred

Experience

- 10+ years of experience supporting commodity trading and risk management applications
- 8+ years of direct Endur experience




- Experience supporting front-to-back-office business processes
- Experience leading teams from small-to-medium projects within ETRM application

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:

- Endur architecture
- Trading Manager
- Operations Manager
- Settlement Manager
- Accounting modules
- Strong SQL query development and optimization skills.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as: JVS (Java-based scripting in Endur), Java, Python, Shell scripting
- Experience with APIs, ETL processes, and system interfaces.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and up-to-date integration platforms.

Preferred Qualification

- Experience with Endur through multiple implementations (NOT support only)
- Knowledge of Agile and Dev Ops methodologies
- Experience with Azure or cloud migration initiatives
- Project implementation experience (multiple implementations)
