Project overview
The EPDM system is the central product data management system to document, organize and provide electric and electronic component data within the vehicle development process. With EPDM, all relevant data along the vehicle development process are provided to the involved organizational units (e.g. R&D; units, after sales, pilot factory).
Job Responsibilities
• Valuable to have basic knowledge in Automotive Electrical and Electronic components.
• German Language expertise.
• Develop competency towards EE Domain and wiring knowledge know how.
• Understanding the End user issue and provide on time support with necessary solution.
• Experience in support activity for PLM related tool.
• Need to provide tool training in-house (training room) and off the premise (online).
• Must be able to create the audio & visual training for user manual content.
• Interacting with global team for understanding, various interface application.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts in Confluence and Jira tool.
• Working closely with clients to understand the process and functional change on every release.
• Intermediate knowledge in automotive release process.
Requirements
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent related field.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in service operation/testing
• Knowledge in Agile methodology and good communication skill.
• Exposure to Reporting tools.
• German speaking skill is an added advantage to do the role effectively.
Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech or equivalent from reputed university.
Experience level: 3-6 years of Relevant Experience
