JOB OVERVIEW :

We are looking for an implementation consultant ideally experienced in Oracle Cloud HCM

Functional - Associates ,Senior Associates ,Managers and Senior Managers - below are the

detailed descriptions.

Position Requirements

Candidate must have

Solid process knowledge in any or all the modules listed above

Must be able to perform configuration based on the client requirement

Must have strong knowledge in understanding the gap between the Oracle Product Vs Client

Requirement

Must have strong knowledge in writing the Functional Specifications, Drive the Workshops,

Coordinate with client Business leads to finalize the conversion template, Perform Unit & End to End

Testing.

Must have strong communication skills plus coordinate with 3rd Party Vendors to test the

integrations.

Professional and Educational Qualification

Minimum of 16 years of formal education Preferred BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH/MBA/MCA)

As functional consultant, domain knowledge is a must

Associates:

Overall experience of 2-4 years. Minimum 2 Yrs. of Relevant Experience in cloud HCM

Must have worked in at least 2 to 3 modules from the list - Global Human Resources

,Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll

The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, being

able to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues

Must have at least 2 full projects experience, through go live.

Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements

Senior Associates:

Overall experience of 5-8years. Minimum 3 Yrs. of Relevant Experience in cloud HCM





Must have worked in at least 2 to 3 modules from the list - Global Human Resources

,Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll

The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, being

able to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues

Must have at least 2 full projects experience, through go live.

Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements

Manager :

This Manager-level position is responsible for a segment within a given project portfolio which

can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region. Main

responsibilities include people management, project oversight, and sales enablement.

Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability

while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer referenceability.

Responsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to

support business plans. Responsible for solution and pricing of proposals and supporting the

sales process. Is accountable for managing a profitable revenue stream. Typically manages a

relatively small number of individual contributing project managers. Provides oversight to

projects within the portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable manner.





Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage

projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment.

Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and

vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills

preferred. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Minimum 10-14 years of total experience relevant to this position including 5+ years of project

management experience.

Should have multiple HCM full lifecycle implementation experience with three end to

end cloud implementations or 5+ years of Oracle cloud experience

Should have exposure from requirement development / definition to functional solution

design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing and

go-live.

Functional expertise in various HCM modules

Valuable understanding of integrations and solutions in HCM projects.

Strong business writing skills and verbal communication.

Strong analytical abilities and exposure to quantitative project management, including

financials and metrics.

Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.

Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.

Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Strong people and team management experience
