Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network & Firewall Team Lead with robust hands-on expertise in enterprise networking, wireless networks, firewall security, and network access control. The candidate will be responsible for leading a technical team, managing network infrastructure, ensuring network security, and supporting enterprise-level network operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of network and firewall engineers.

- Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN, WLAN, and firewall infrastructure.

- Manage Cisco and Juniper LAN environments and Cisco, Juniper, and Aerohive wireless networks.

- Configure and manage Cisco and Fortinet firewalls, including security policies, VPNs, and troubleshooting.

- Manage DDI services, including DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management using Infoblox or Sauron.

- Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) and authentication solutions using Aruba Clear Pass.

- Monitor network performance,



troubleshoot complex network issues, and ensure high availability.

- Handle network security incidents, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure upgrades.

- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth network operations.

- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong experience in enterprise LAN - Cisco / Juniper.

- Hands-on experience in WLAN - Cisco / Juniper / Aerohive.

- Firewall administration - Cisco and Fortinet.

- DDI solutions - Infoblox / Sauron.

- NAC and Authentication - Aruba Clear Pass.

- Team leadership experience in Network and Firewall operations.

- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Required Experience

- 10-12+ years of relevant experience in Network and Firewall technologies.

- Proven experience leading a team of network engineers.

- Experience in enterprise network infrastructure and security operations.

Certifications

Mandatory:

- CCNA or Juniper certification.
