PAN INDIA Summary We are seeking a seasoned skilled to serve as a Red Hat OpenShift Administrator specializing in the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS). This pivotal role focuses on the end-to-end design, deployment, and ongoing management of containerized infrastructure tailored for IBM MAS within OpenShift environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical proficiency in orchestrating OpenShift clusters and seamlessly integrating MAS with broader enterprise systems to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient operations. Responsibilities
• Cluster Orchestration: Execute the installation, configuration, and continuous maintenance of Red Hat OpenShift clusters across both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures.
• Lifecycle Governance: Oversee the complete cluster lifecycle, including managing version upgrades, applying security patches, optimizing scaling strategies,



and fine-tuning performance metrics.
• MAS Implementation: Facilitate the deployment of IBM Maximo Application Suite on OpenShift platforms utilizing Helm charts and native operators to ensure smooth integration and operation. Requirements
• Core Competency: Demonstrated expertise in administering Red Hat OpenShift versions 4.x.
• Platform Knowledge: Proven experience in deploying and configuring the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of container technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes Operators.
• System Administration: Solid background in Linux system administration and proficiency in shell scripting.
• Certifications: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration is required; certifications in IBM MAS or Maximo are highly desirable.
