JOB PROFILE
- Business Administration / Finance Role Purpose: Manage product costing, commercial controls, compliance checks, management reporting, and profitability analysis to support accurate business decisions and effective cost governance. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. TCE Management & Costing
• TCE updating and maintenance, including NXTOOL / NXTools
• Preparation and validation of DTO costing
• Costing for spare parts and related requirements
• Costing support for R&D; project activities
• Preparation and review of BOE cost sheets 2. NXTools & Benchmarking
• NXTools updates, maintenance, and data accuracy
• Coordination and execution of global benchmarking activities 3. Royalty & Commercial Controlling
• Royalty payment calculation, validation, and reporting
• OCC controlling and related commercial monitoring
• PO approval-related activities and necessary commercial checks 4. Compliance & Controls
• Execution and documentation of Export Control spot checks
• Ensuring adherence to applicable internal control requirements 5. Management & Headquarters Topics
• Coordination and support for Headquarters and management-related topics
• Preparation and submission of OPW reports 6. Business & Profitability Analysis
• COPA analysis to assess revenue, cost, margin, and profitability performance
• Top 10 order analysis, including key commercial observations and management insights REQUIREMENTS Required

Education:




• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
• Master's Degree preferred
- MBA in Finance / Business Administration / Cost Management
• Skilled qualification like CMA / ICWA / CA Inter will be an added advantage Experience Requirement:
• 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Product Costing, Commercial Controlling, and Profitability Analysis
• Experience in manufacturing industry / automotive sector preferred Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of Product Costing, SAP
- COPA Analysis, Profitability Analysis
• Hands-on experience in Commercial Controlling, Compliance Controls, Management Reporting
• Proficiency in NXTools, Benchmarking methodologies and MS Excel
• Good analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
