Bristlecone India Limited’s SAP Planning – Delivery team is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Response & Supply Order Series. The role involves designing, configuring, and deploying Order‑Based Planning (OBP) and Order Series capabilities to enhance supply planning, order fulfillment, and inventory optimization for our clients. Responsibilities
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of SAP IBP Response & Supply Order Series modules.
• Configure Order‑Based Planning (OBP) and Order Series scenarios to meet client business requirements.
• Conduct workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute test scripts, unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Create functional and technical design documentation and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, Data Management, and Analytics teams for seamless integration.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Stay current with SAP IBP roadmap, new features, and best practices.
• Assist in proposal development and pre‑sales activities as needed. Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in SAP IBP, with at least 5 years focused on Response & Supply Order Series.
• Strong expertise in Order‑Based Planning (OBP) and Order Series configuration.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP IBP data integration, demand‑supply balancing, and inventory optimization.
• Proven track record of successful SAP IBP implementations across multiple industries.
• SAP IBP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – IBP) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.




• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and SAP BW/4HANA is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
