Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Raise funds through CPs, bank borrowings, debentures & other instruments
• Manage liquidity, LCR, HQLA investments & cash flows
• Build strong relationships with banks, mutual funds, wealth houses, investors, corporates & arrangers
• Manage rating relationships and surveillance
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations & NBFC guidelines
• Prepare LCR, regulatory submissions and treasury reports
• Coordinate audits, internal controls & stakeholder reporting
• Lead and develop a high-performing treasury team

What We’re Looking For:
• CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed university
•8–10years of experience in Treasury Front Office within an NBFC
• Strong network across banks, mutual funds, wealth houses, family offices, corporates & arrangers
• Robust understanding of RBI regulations and NBFC treasury operations
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving & leadership skills
