HBox is a fast-growing US healthcare technology company delivering AI-enabled virtual care programs — Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM) and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) — to specialty clinics across the United States. We run revenue cycle management in-house with a growing team in the US and India.

ROLE SUMMARY

HBox is hiring a Collection Billing Executive to make sure every claim HBox generates is accounted for: submitted, adjudicated, paid and correctly recorded. For some clinics, claims are submitted by the clinic's own billing team or an outside billing company. You will reconcile HBox claims against their reports, check AR status, chase discrepancies to closure, and send clinics their monthly reports. This is an investigation role, not a claim-entry role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Claims reconciliation

- Reconcile HBox claims against collection and claim reports from clinic billing teams and outside billers.
- Confirm for each claim whether it was submitted, accepted, paid, partially paid, denied, adjusted or recouped.
- Investigate differences in status and amounts, keep a claim-level tracker, and follow every open item to closure.
- Chase claims the outside biller has not submitted or cannot locate.

AR checks, posting & reporting





- Check claim status through reports, payer portals and ERA/EOB, and post or correct payments and claim status.
- Pass denied or stuck claims to AR, and escalate unresolved items to Rajeshwari with a recommended next step.
- Prepare and send each clinic its monthly clinical and billing reports on schedule, and support month-end close.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

- US RCM and professional (CMS-1500) billing, from submission to adjudication.
- Rejections vs denials, CARC/RARC codes, and ERA/EOB interpretation.
- Payment posting, contractual adjustments and primary/secondary insurance.
- Strong Excel skills for large reconciliations (lookups, pivots), and high numerical accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a commerce or finance background is a plus.
- 2+ years of US healthcare billing / RCM experience, ideally in reconciliation, payment posting or AR.
