About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Strategy, M&A; and Integration Manager based in Bangalore to help drive the company’s strategic direction and inorganic growth agenda across APAC and global markets. In this role, you will play a key part in running strategy processes, evaluating M&A; and partnership opportunities, and, once deals close, leading the integration of acquired businesses and making sure the expected value is delivered. You will work closely with senior leadership and studio teams to shape our gaming portfolio from deal origination through to realised synergies.

Key Responsibilities
M&A; and Strategy
• Support and help drive end-to-end M&A; processes, including target screening, valuation, due diligence coordination, and transaction execution
• Contribute to and co-run structured strategy processes and reviews (e.g., annual strategy cycle, portfolio reviews, market deep-dives), ensuring transparent frameworks and actionable outputs
• Build robust financial models, investment cases, and strategic analyses to inform acquisitions, investments, and growth initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics across gaming and digital entertainment, with particular focus on APAC markets Post-Merger Integration and Value Delivery
• Drive post-merger integration from signing through Day 1 and beyond, owning the integration plan, governance, timelines, and milestones
• Define,



validate, and track the synergy case (revenue, cost, and capability synergies) and ensure identified synergies are delivered against agreed targets and timelines
• Set up and run the Integration Management Office (IMO), including workstream leads, cadence, risk and issue tracking, and escalation paths
• Coordinate integration workstreams across Finance, HR, Technology, Legal, Product, Marketing, and Live Operations, resolving cross-functional dependencies and keeping stakeholders aligned
• Support cultural integration and retention of key talent, particularly studio leadership and creative teams, while preserving the entrepreneurial strengths of acquired studios
• Track post-deal performance against the original investment case, report progress to executive leadership, and feed lessons learned back into future deal evaluation
• Develop and continuously improve the company’s integration playbook, templates, and best practices Stakeholder Management
• Partner with studio leadership and functional teams across regions to assess strategic priorities and expansion opportunities




• Prepare high-quality materials and insights for executive leadership and board discussions, including regular integration and synergy updates Requirements Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate development, strategy, or transaction services
• Robust analytical and financial modeling skills, including experience building or tracking synergy and value-creation cases
• Experience working on structured strategic projects or transaction processes; hands-on exposure to post-merger integration, carve-outs, or PMO/IMO roles is highly desirable
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive delivery across multiple stakeholders without direct authority
• Good understanding of APAC markets; familiarity with the gaming ecosystem is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Benefits
