Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain OMS (Operation Method Sheets), ECN documentation, SOE (Sequence of Events), and GSOE.
• Develop MBOMs from EBOMs and map BOM structures to manufacturing process steps.
• Support ECN implementation and change management activities across manufacturing plants.
• Conduct process mapping, process validation, line balancing, time studies, and plant layout studies.
• Support manufacturing productivity, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, SharePoint, and related manufacturing tools.
• Collaborate with manufacturing plants and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and process compliance.
• Develop best-practice documentation and support manufacturing process standardization. Required Skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, and industrial engineering concepts.
• Experience with OMS, ECN, MBOM, process mapping, and manufacturing documentation.




• Understanding of line balancing, time studies, and plant layout optimization.
• Proficiency in SAP, SharePoint, MS Office, and related manufacturing systems.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence cross-functional teams. Success Measures
