The selected candidates will be responsible for providing personal care, daily assistance, and compassionate support to elderly residents while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities
• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to elderly residents and clients.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility, walking, transfers, and the use of mobility aids.
• Prepare meals and assist residents with eating according to their dietary requirements.
• Assist with medication as directed by qualified healthcare professionals and within the scope of the role.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or behavioural conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and daily activities.
• Report any health concerns or incidents to supervisors and relevant healthcare professionals.
• Deliver compassionate,



person-centred care in accordance with employer policies and applicable New Zealand healthcare standards.
• Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

Salary:
NZD 3,840 To 4,640/ 2,04,864 To 2,47,544 INR Per Month Requirements
• Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age.
• Candidates of any gender are eligible to apply.
• Applicants must have 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in aged care or healthcare assistance.
• Previous experience as an Aged Care Worker or Healthcare Assistant is mandatory.
• Candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Applicants must demonstrate a compassionate attitude, patience, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in caring for elderly individuals.
• Candidates should be capable of assisting with daily living activities and providing quality elderly care.
