We are seeking an experienced L3 Application Packaging Engineer with robust expertise in Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, PowerShell, and Windows endpoint management. The candidate will be responsible for application packaging, deployment, troubleshooting, automation, and modernization of endpoint management platforms. Responsibilities
• Package and deploy applications using Intune, MECM/SCCM, MSIX, MSI, and App-V.
• Create and maintain Win32 applications, detection rules, dependencies, and supersedence in Intune.
• Troubleshoot complex application deployment and installation issues.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Support application lifecycle management, patching, and upgrades.
• Work with Autopilot, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security teams.
• Prepare deployment documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and act as the technical escalation point. Required Skills
