About the Role
As a Branch Business Head, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and business development, drive team productivity, and take ownership of achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the branch sales team to achieve and exceed business targets while meeting individual sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of branch quality, portfolio quality, and process compliance.




• Drive branch productivity, profitability, and sustainable business growth.
• Ensure team accountability, target achievement, and execution excellence.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team to drive productivity, profitability, and sustainable business growth.

Experience:
2+ years preferably in Mortgage (Affordable LAP and Affordable Home Loan) and Team Handling

Education:
Any Graduate
