Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Jamshedpur. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, advertisements, corporate events, and other marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include organizing and assembling video clips, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to align videos with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. The role involves color grading, basic motion graphics work, and creating visually consistent content that supports MB Media Buzz’s storytelling and branding efforts.



The Video Editor will also manage file organization, version control, and timely delivery of assets across multiple projects. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience creating marketing and social media content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and basic Graphics elements into video projects.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design for digital and advertising formats.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams on-site.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating video work is required.
