The ideal candidate should have robust experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment requirements across US IT and Non-IT domains, identifying qualified talent, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT and Non-IT requirements.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Understand

s and identify candidates matching technical and functional requirements.
• Perform advanced Boolean searches and targeted candidate sourcing.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Work closely with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to understand client requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Manage multiple job requirements and meet submission and placement targets.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
