DSMS Group of Institutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Group Finance Head to lead and oversee the financial operations of the group and its associated ventures, including Lemongrass Hotels Pvt. Ltd. and Sabuj Krishi Udyog Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for developing financial strategies, managing budgets, monitoring cash flows, ensuring regulatory compliance, evaluating financial risks and maintaining the overall financial health of all group entities. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial management capabilities, strategic thinking, leadership skills and the ability to manage finances across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Group Financial Planning & Strategy
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the group's business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting and budgeting across all group entities.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management. 2. Budgeting & Cash Flow Management
• Prepare, review and approve budgets in coordination with respective departments.
• Monitor cash flows, fund allocation, working capital and liquidity across the group.
• Ensure effective utilisation of financial resources.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved profitability. 3. Accounts, Auditing & Compliance
• Supervise accounting operations and financial reporting across all entities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial, taxation and statutory regulations.
• Oversee internal and external audits, financial documentation and reconciliations.
• Establish effective financial controls, policies and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency and confidentiality in financial transactions. 4. Financial Analysis & Risk Management




• Conduct financial, profitability and cost-benefit analyses.
• Assess financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and funding requirements.
• Identify financial inefficiencies and recommend cost-reduction measures. 5. Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, supervise and guide the finance and accounts teams across the group.
• Establish reporting systems, accountability and performance standards.
• Coordinate with department heads and management regarding financial matters.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the board. Educational Qualifications
• MBA in Finance is required.
• CFA qualification will be an added advantage.
• Additional professional certifications in finance, accounting or financial management will be preferred. Experience & Required Skills
• 5–10 years of relevant skilled experience in finance and accounts management.
• Prior experience in managing finance operations, preferably across multiple business units or organisations.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management and financial forecasting.
• Hands-on experience in taxation, statutory compliance, auditing and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information and work closely with senior management.
