Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Civil Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in the real estate / construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion of assigned work. 3. Key Roles &

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Supervise RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing activities.
• Verify site measurements, quantities and material consumption.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity estimations and project progress reports.
• Ensure proper utilisation of construction materials,



manpower and machinery.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records and measurement books.
• Coordinate with procurement and stores departments for timely availability of materials.
• Identify site-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure execution as per approved specifications.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety guidelines and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth execution of construction activities. 4. Educational

Qualifications:
• B.
E. / B.
Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered with substantial relevant experience.
• Additional certifications in construction or project management will be an advantage. 5. Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting and finishing activities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage contractors and site manpower. 6. Experience

Requirements:
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in the real estate / construction industry.
• Prior experience in residential and commercial building construction.
• Hands-on experience in high-rise building construction and site execution will be preferred.
• Experience working with real estate developers or construction companies will be an added advantage.
