Requirements:
• LLB qualification is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in Banks, NBFCs or Financial Institutions.
• Knowledge of Section 138, Section 25, CAC and Arbitration proceedings.
• Experience in court and vendor management.
• Experience in Legal Scrutiny Reports, Title Verification and Property Legal Opinions.
• Handling legal notices, summons, warrants and recovery-related cases.
