Key Responsibilities
• Review RFQs, tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs to understand project requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates covering material, labor, overheads, subcontracting, logistics, and project costs.
• Develop and submit techno-commercial quotations and tender proposals within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, Projects, and Finance teams to obtain costing and technical inputs.
• Analyze technical and commercial risks, assumptions, and exclusions during bid preparation.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions to improve competitiveness and profitability.
• Maintain estimation databases, bid trackers,



costing records, and proposal documentation for future reference and analysis.
• Support customer discussions, bid clarifications, and post-order cost reviews to improve estimation accuracy and project profitability. Key Skills Required
