Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads through various channels, meeting prospective customers, and explaining housing finance products and services. This role involves managing sales operations, coordinating with channel partners, and ensuring timely processing of customer applications.



The Sales Officer will maintain strong customer relationships, provide post-sales support, and work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets. Regular field visits, market research, and reporting on sales activities and performance are also key aspects of this position. Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and managing Sales Operations.
• Exposure to Channel Sales and working with external partners or intermediaries.
• Basic understanding of housing finance or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in local language and basic English; familiarity with Indore market is an advantage.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant sales or finance certifications are a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with regular field work and on-site customer interactions.
