Role Description The Management Mentor is a full-time, on-site role based in Pollachi. In this position, the mentor will guide students through their career preparation journey, conduct classroom sessions, and facilitate workshops focused on professional skills, interview readiness, and workplace behavior. The role involves monitoring student progress, providing one-on-one mentoring, and coordinating with academic and training teams to align program delivery with placement objectives. The Management Mentor will also design and refine learning materials, gather feedback from learners,



and contribute to continuous improvement of FACE Prep’s management and soft skills curriculum. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and active participation in campus events, assessments, and placement-related activities are key components of the day-to-day responsibilities. Qualifications
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and counseling skills to support diverse student groups in their career preparation.
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation to deliver engaging sessions and workshops.
• Ability to design and organize training content related to management, soft skills, and professional development.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including coordination with faculty, training teams, and placement cells.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills to track learner performance and implement improvement plans.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience in training or mentoring is preferred.
• Comfort working in an on-site, campus-based setting in Pollachi with a focus on student outcomes and employability.
